Kingston Harley-Davidson | MotoSport Plus is currently hiring a full-time Marketing and Promotions Manager. This role requires leadership in developing and managing internal and external relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the website and social media outlets; ensuring content is always up-to-date.
- Working with Account Executives.
- Ensuring all promotions has prior-approval as well as submissions of co-op in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with agency partners to plan and execute activities.
- Timely communication on marketing execution and budget achievement to management.
- Identify market opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
- Must be organized and understand timelines.
- Have an outgoing personality that can interface with different departments and individuals.
- Energetic self-starter, but have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with brand based marketing.
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Power-Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, and any other design software as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.-Able to execute events that take place in-store as well as off-site.-Must be willing to work weekends or evenings if events take place at that time.
