John McMaster provided me with the best 'test ride' I've ever done. No hurry, no pressure on sales. And he's a font of information about bikes in general. I'd recommend John and MotoSport Plus to anyone.

Richard Contant was amazing (he asked me to mention that) and he truly was. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient. Most importantly for me, he was not pushy. He is young, intelligent and knows his stuff and also has a great personality. He talked me out of the bike I really wanted because it was not the right "fit" for me (I appreciated that) although it was slightly more expensive than the one I ended up buying. I definitely recommend you see Richard when you go in. If you're interested in the details, here's how my encounter played out. I walked in the dealership with 3 bikes in mind which I saw advertised on the website. Richard approached me and asked if I needed any help. I said yes and showed him my list. He took me to each of the bikes, had me sit on them, held the bike off the side stand, looked at my body position, bend in arm and leg position etc and explained me about each of the bikes. He answered all of my questions and when unsure went and asked the service folks. When I finally decided on which one I was leaning towards he over the entire sales process, costs etc and worked out the final price. I said i will think about it and get back in a few days, which I did. I bought the bike and we finalized the sale and again went over all the details. I asked Richard to look into a few things about the bike which he has promised to do and I am sure he will. Overall a great buying experience and Richard was a big part of that.

I dealt with Sales Representative Richard C over the phone and by email on the purchase of a 2006 Honda Silverwing. Richard was very honest and up front, and genuinely put in the extra effort to ensure my confidence in the purchase. I wasn't able to get out to test ride the bike, but wanted to see it start and run. Richard sent me a video of the bike starting and running. I was satisfied with this, and I purchased the bike.

I was really impressed with the size, look, setup, atmosphere, location and nice friendly service from the ladies in the Accessories dept. and Sales dept. Big Jeff.
I also really liked the choice of Harley bikes for sale and the vast selection of bike gear.
My only negative would be your parking lot, not enough spaces and no designated motorcycle only parking.
But other than that a really pleasant experience for my first time visit!

Spoke to Matt about an issue with my 2005 Heritage Softail. Matt turned the bike over to Tony. Tony found the electrical issue and the source of the squeak, which had been there since last year, in short order. Less than an 1 1/2 hours and the bike is like new again. Hats off to you guys.

I ride a 2011 Screaming Eagle Street Glide CVO, and live in Bolton Ontario. A group of us were riding to tour the 1000 Islands and the great roads in the area. During our ride the bike developed an oil leak at the oil filter area.I thought it might just be that the filter became loose. Drove into the dealer on Monday afternoon July 18 2016, unfortunately I did not get the Service Advisor's name, but he got the bike right in and had a technician look at it. It was not a loose oil filter, rather the oil cooler had developed a leak. A quick repair was done, the technician even came over to talk about his findings and made sure I was happy. Which I was!!!The repair was submitted to Harley under the extended warranty, and there was a delay it getting submitted and approved, the Service Advisor said go enjoy your ride, any issues I would get a call. No call so presume it finally went throughI want to thank everyone at Motorsport Plus, as everyone was very pleasant and only wanted to see we were ok and being looked after and if we needed anything.Thanks to the service department for getting me in repaired quickly
